So Speaking of

Contrast.  State, interesting.  Voices and mowers.

Wish I was as aware as Ed Helms when I was 8.  Listen to his Maron (one R) and then watch this.  Or vice versa.

Can you stop hating someone?

So I'm listening to the new WTF with Marc Maron and his interview with Andy Dick.  And you know what?  He changed my mind.
But let's not get ahead of ourselves.  Phil Hartman.
But here is the thing; Andy Dick is funny.  Really funny.  And self aware.  And doesn't type in sentence fragments.
And the Marc Maron therapy hour is the best place for him.
So until I get a chance to talk to Marc to laugh with my demons I'm just going to leave this here.
Andy, you turned me around.  I like you again.
But, damn.  What about Phil.

Return of the Doctor

Just going to throw up some screengrabs.
Also FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU that it isn't next week.
Captions below each image.  Feel free to link/etc.  Click to embiggin.

Running out of spoilers ;)

And thus  a thousand fan-fics were born.
Best I could get, 2:1 says it is the Doctor.

"Only the special ones. Leaders, thinkers, poets, dreamers, blessed lunatics...we enshrine them."

That guy!
Gotchanose!
Hello, I am a meme now.
Ka-zap!
Mohar!!!
Pift, I've seen worse in a cellphone pic.

So yeah, maybe you will get a react later.  But only after I wake up from this 40 of OEHG.

Storms and Anna Torv

So storms rolled through here in the east, missed us, mostly, passing off to the north.

I stood there, under the overhang, watching the sky turn white in the night illuminating something that should be unseen; a cloud ceiling set too low.  The world made me feel smaller by increasing my scale.

So That is Done

Well one post down, infinite to go.
So like I said (aside; someone needs to create software that auto capitalizes lowercase i when it is by itself.  You now owe me 5% of your stock) I spend a lot of time on the net but most of it is split between two places FARK.com and The (formerly Daily) Dish by Andrew Sullivan.
Fark, for those of you who don't know is a news aggregator that replaces headlines with user generated funnier ones and hosts discussion boards on each story.  I can't really explain it better than that, so just go over there and jump in.  The heart of the place are the comment threads that can be very interesting.
Andrew Sullivan should be known to you, and if not you are missing out.  One of the grandfathers of blogging (and I really hate the word blog, it just feels bad to say out loud) he and his team give viewpoints and discussions on most of the political or socially relevant issues of the day.
Other than those two sites I bounce around to stay stimulated and interested.  Which I am about to do now because I have become bored by writing this post.
Until next time.

In the Beginning

And so it starts.

I spend a lot of time on this internet thing.  A lot.  Something like fifteen hours a day reading, clicking, reading, clicking, watching, clicking, discussing, clicking, reading, arguing, clicking, fapping, clicking, reading.
Just for fun and to alleviate the pressing boredom of an empty and wasted life.
Wake up, power on, piss, read.  Maybe type a comment.  Check sites.  Repeat until boredom and fatigue become too much.  Sleep.  Repeat.
So what is my manifesto for this?  I don't know.  Give me time and I may create a theme, but until then this will just be a place to masturbate my own ego.
Is there any value to this?  Probably not.  For me or for you the sad soul that ended up here.  But it is mine (and google's and the great air conditioned room where this is stored).
So let's see if this gets more than a few posts before boredom and laziness result in the virtual tumbleweeds rolling through, another abandoned story in the story of abandonment.
And on the off chance that this becomes something worthwhile let it be known that that was never the intention.
